Completed in May 2010 the New Barn has the benefit of south facing views over our fields. It is ideal for couples or families who wish to enjoy the countryside and wildlife of Cornwall. The building has an 'A' shaped ceiling and plentiful light. The decor is of high quality including oak doors and flooring, a dishwasher and log burner. Free Wifi is available.

The New Barn has one double bedroom with a king size bed and views over our fields. Occupancy can be brought up to four by using a bed settee in the living room. In addition to the sofa bed, the living room has a log burner, flat screen television, DVD player and hi-fi with iPod dock.

There is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room with fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The bathroom is modern, with high quality Grohe shower & fittings.

Outside you have an enclosed garden with paved patio area and picnic bench.
